ProCloudify offers premium hosting, BDIX servers, reseller hosting, and domain solutions. Their business depends heavily on performance-driven paid marketing, but the absence of proper tracking limited their ability to analyze conversions, revenue, and user behavior.

Project Overview

The brand lacked reliable Google Ads conversion tracking and did not have a GA4 eCommerce structure in place. Important user actions such as form submissions, WhatsApp clicks, checkout activity, and purchases were not properly captured—leading to inaccurate attribution and an incomplete view of ROI.

The goal was to redesign and implement a complete tracking ecosystem that accurately measures every important conversion and sends clean purchase signals to Google Ads for optimization.

To build a full-funnel tracking system that captures product interactions, lead actions, checkout behavior, and final purchases—allowing ProCloudify to measure campaign performance precisely and optimize based on accurate revenue data.

  • Revenue values and transaction IDs were missing in purchase events.

Strategy

The strategy centered around building a complete tracking setup in GTM—mapping all key funnel interactions into GA4 and sending verified purchase data to Google Ads. This created a clean, scalable measurement system that supports accurate attribution and data-driven optimization.

Implementation
  • Implemented GA4 enhanced eCommerce: View Item → Add to Cart → Checkout → Purchase.
  • Mapped revenue, currency, and transaction IDs for accurate purchase tracking.
  • Configured GTM to capture form submits, scrolls, UI interactions, and WhatsApp clicks.
  • Linked GA4 with Google Ads and activated enhanced conversions.
  • Validated all events via GTM Preview Mode, GA4 DebugView, and real purchase tests.
