ShukhiLife — Bangladesh’s Natural Food & Herbal Supplement E-commerce Brand

ShukhiLife is a fast-growing Bangladeshi eCommerce brand offering organic food and herbal supplements such as Spirulina, Ginkgo Biloba, Honey, and various wellness products. Their primary revenue stream is Facebook Ads. However, due to incomplete tracking and weak attribution, the brand was unable to measure true ROAS, optimize product performance, or identify revenue leaks accurately.

Project Overview

Before the tracking overhaul, ShukhiLife had basic browser Pixel tracking but lacked Meta Conversion API (server-side events) and GA4 Enhanced eCommerce setup. As a result, critical funnel events like AddToCart, ViewCart, BeginCheckout, and Purchase were either missing or inaccurate. This led to data loss, poor event delivery, and incorrect revenue reporting.

I implemented a complete Meta Pixel + CAPI + GA4 Enhanced eCommerce tracking ecosystem, ensuring accurate event delivery and strong purchase attribution across all devices, including iOS and privacy-first browsers.

Strategy

I developed a hybrid browser + server-side tracking structure that ensures every product interaction is captured with maximum accuracy. The GA4 eCommerce schema was implemented to map detailed product metrics, enabling complete funnel visibility and boosting campaign optimization.

Implementation Details
1. Meta Pixel (Browser-Side)
  • Configured: PageView, ViewContent, AddToCart, ViewCart, InitiateCheckout, Purchase
  • Mapped: product ID, name, category, value & currency
  • Added event_id for deduplication with CAPI
2. Meta Conversion API (Server-Side)
  • GTM Server container set up via Stape.io
  • Server-side: Purchase, AddToCart, InitiateCheckout events
  • Hashed email, phone, IP, user-agent added for advanced matching
  • Match quality improved from ~3 to 9/10
3. GA4 Enhanced eCommerce
  • Implemented funnel: view_item → add_to_cart → begin_checkout → purchase
  • Integrated product variations, discounts & shipping values
  • Added transaction ID for accurate revenue reporting
