Histro Clothing is a rapidly growing Bangladeshi fashion brand offering high-quality apparel including t-shirts, hoodies, jeans, panjabis, and seasonal collections. Their primary revenue channel is Facebook Ads, but incomplete tracking and weak attribution were preventing them from measuring true ROAS, optimizing product performance, or analyzing customer behavior properly.
Before the tracking overhaul, Histro Clothing had basic browser Pixel tracking but lacked Meta Conversion API (server-side events) and GA4 Enhanced eCommerce setup. As a result, crucial funnel events such as AddToCart, BeginCheckout, and Purchase were missing or inaccurate. This caused major data loss, incorrect revenue reporting, and unreliable Meta Ads attribution.
I implemented a complete Meta Pixel + CAPI + GA4 Enhanced eCommerce tracking framework, ensuring accurate event delivery, strong attribution, and consistent tracking across all devices including iOS and privacy-focused browsers.
- Implement full Meta Pixel & CAPI purchase funnel tracking
- Deploy GA4 Enhanced eCommerce for end-to-end analytics
- Accurately track ViewItem → AddToCart → Checkout → Purchase
- Improve Meta Ads attribution & eliminate event loss
- Enable product-level insights through GA4 dashboards
- Increase match quality through first-party data signals
- No existing GA4 eCommerce schema
- No server-side tracking (CAPI absent)
- Missing product variations (size, color), values, and categories
- Low match quality causing weak attribution
- No checkout step visibility
- Remarketing performance was weak due to incomplete event data
I designed a hybrid browser + server-side tracking framework that captures every user interaction with maximum accuracy. The GA4 eCommerce schema was implemented with detailed product mapping, enabling complete funnel visibility and improving Meta Ads optimization.
- Hybrid Pixel + CAPI implementation
- Full GA4 Enhanced eCommerce mapping
- Checkout funnel visibility for improved performance
- Advanced matching using hashed customer data
- GA4 dashboards for strategic product insights
- Configured: PageView, ViewContent, AddToCart, ViewCart, InitiateCheckout, Purchase
- Mapped product attributes: ID, name, size, color, value & currency
- Added event_id for deduplication with CAPI
- GTM Server container setup via Stape.io
- Server-side: AddToCart, InitiateCheckout, Purchase
- Hashed email, phone, IP, and user-agent added for advanced matching
- Match quality improved from ~3 to 9/10
- Implemented funnel: view_item → add_to_cart → begin_checkout → purchase
- Integrated variations (size, color), discounts & shipping values
- Added transaction ID for accurate revenue measurement
- Connected GA4 → Google Ads for enhanced conversions
- Drop-off visualization from Cart → Checkout → Purchase
- Top product and clothing category analytics
- Returning user purchase behavior insights
- GTM Web + Server preview debugging
- Meta Event Manager diagnostics cleared
- GA4 DebugView end-to-end event validation
- Multiple real purchase test validations
- Meta Pixel
- Meta Conversion API
- Google Tag Manager (Web & Server)
- Google Analytics 4 (Enhanced eCommerce)
- Stape.io Server Hosting
- GA4 Explorations & Dashboards
| Area | Before | After |
